Woke up at 8:30 am, a little victory over my usual 9 am. Progress, right? But the real challenge is aiming for a 6 am rise. Let’s see if I can make it happen soon!
Workout Adventures: Battling the Dumbbells 💪
Today’s workout zone: Chest and shoulders. Here’s the lowdown:
- Incline Dumbbell Press
- Flat Dumbbell Press
- Cable Crossover
- Chest Fly
- Military Press
- Arnold Dumbbell Press
- Side Lateral Raises
- Standing Face Full (not as serene as it sounds)
The result? Sore muscles. But they say no pain, no gain. Whoever made that saying probably never did Arnold Dumbbell Press!
Foodie Update: A Calorie Dance 🍽️
My calorie app says I hit around 1458 calories today, not bad considering my body craves 1600. Here’s what went down:
Breakfast:
- 1 wheat roti
- 2 egg fry
- 1 cup tea with milk and sugar
Lunch:
- Chicken liver and pota (yes, pota)
- 2 wheat roti
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup dal
Dinner:
- 100 gm grilled chicken
- 2 egg whites
It’s 9 pm, and my stomach is growling. Intermittent fasting, do your thing before my stomach starts a revolt!
Steps Story: A Walk in Sore Shoes 👟
Managed 5595 steps today, not the magical 10,000, but it’s just day one. Muscles are a bit grumpy, but tomorrow’s a new day to aim for 10k.
