Morning Story: Late Wake-Up Struggles ā°

Woke up at 9:10 am ā€“ not exactly the plan. A 10 am meeting messed up my gym plans. Life throws surprises, right?

Food Journey: Rollercoaster of Tastes šŸ½ļø

Aloo ka paratha for breakfast ā€“ yum but heavy. Lunch? Fish fry, maybe a bit too much. Dinner at 7 pm was a healthy anchor in the chaos.Total calories consumed 1662 way too much.

Steps Slip: Only 1000 Steps šŸ‘Ÿ

Work chaos meant only 1000 steps today. Far from the 10k goal, but I’m working on it.

Thoughts on a Tough Day: Not the End, Just a Detour šŸŒˆ

Today threw me a curveball ā€“ nothing went as planned. But, staying positive, a tough day doesn’t mean the journey is over. Tomorrow is a new chance.
