Woke up at 9 am – still a work in progress. In my mission to be oversmart, I skipped breakfast, thinking fewer calories would speed up the fab process.

Gym Sagas: Back and Biceps Misadventure 💪

Hit the gym with enthusiasm for back and biceps day. After conquering back exercises, the bicep battle began. Mid-bicep curl, the room decided to tango, and I realized I hadn’t eaten in 15 hours. Dizziness kicked in, and I wisely called it a day.

Lesson learned: Heavy exercise + empty stomach = not a smart combo.

Reality Check: Catching My Ear and a Change of Plans 🤦‍♂️

I had a stern talk with myself – no more starving marathons. Intermittent fasting, you had a good run, but it’s time for a healthier approach. A vow to skip the dizzy dance, and embrace a balanced, nutritious diet.

Calories In and Steps Out: Balancing the Equation 🍏👟

Calories consumed: 1454 (a decent day, finally!). Steps count: 5355 – a step closer to the goal, literally.

Today was a comedy of errors, but in the grand scheme, a lesson learned is a step forward. Tomorrow, I’ll find a healthier rhythm and dodge the dizziness.
